I was moved to create for a doodling layout in this blog. Never done this before, especially when almost 80% of your page are nothing but doodling!
As my drawing supplies are limited (and as much as I want to own that Zig Chalk marker set hehe), instead I used a black wood lead colored pencils on most of my LO. The colored pencils are ideal for drawings too. I even dipped the colored pencils in water and so it created that wet kind of look.
First I drew the tree, its branches and the leaves (free hand drawings). Then I used a chipboard swirl (FancyPants) as a template to create that swirly frame with a lead pencil. Makes my life easier heheh! Then I sprayed some glimmer mists on the page to add little colors as a background effect. Let it dry for several minutes (dries faster if you have a heat gun!). After it dries, I colored around the swirly frames with green lime, dipped it in liquid (h2o) as I colored along it. Applied stickles and the letter stickers.
and voila!
its not that perfect, but i'm glad i did this.
Supplies: Cardstock, Colored Pencils (blackwood lead), little amount of water, swirly chipboard (frame template), Tattered Angels Glimmer mists, Glitter Stickles, American Crafts Letter stickers and Pink Paislee Letter Stickers.
Thanks for lookin! ♥
